Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the policies governing our visa and immigration services. By engaging our services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Scope of Services
Our services include consultation, documentation, and facilitation of visa and immigration processes. Visa fees are not included in our charges and must be paid separately by the client according to the visa type applied for.

2. Non-Citizen Applications
Non-Nigerian citizens intending to submit applications in Nigeria for work purposes must possess a valid resident permit. The costs associated with obtaining a resident permit are not included in any of our service fees.

3. Payment and Service Commencement
All service fees must be fully paid and confirmed by our Finance Department before any process begins. Payments are to be made via acceptable methods as communicated during the consultation.

Under no circumstances will any portion of our service fees be refundable once the process has commenced.

4. Proof of Funds Policy
While we do not request or receive commissions on work-related funds before the job is completed, we may require clients to provide proof of the availability of such funds.

Proof of funds must be presented via a bank draft.

The draft will be held in waiting, either with our official bankers or legal representatives, within our office premises.

5. Exclusion of Liability
We do not guarantee visa issuance, as this decision lies solely with the respective immigration authorities. Our role is strictly to facilitate and support the application process as per the guidelines provided.

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information, along with all necessary documentation, within the stipulated timelines. Failure to comply may result in delays or cancellation of the application process without refund.

7. Confidentiality
All personal information and documentation provided by clients will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of visa and immigration processing.

8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:

False or misleading information is provided.

A client violates any of the terms outlined in this document.

Payment or documentation requirements are not met.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek amicable resolution. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to mediation or arbitration under Nigerian law.

10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By proceeding with our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
